Terms & Conditions
By using Property250, all brokers and customers agree to provide accurate listing information and to comply with local property and vehicle transaction rules. Paid services are billed according to the selected plan and renew automatically unless canceled.
Property250 does not guarantee sales or rentals; instead, we provide a marketplace platform, lead delivery, and marketing tools. Brokers are responsible for verifying listing details, handling client communications, and completing transactions according to applicable laws.
All personal data collected through the platform is used to manage accounts, process inquiries, and improve service delivery. Property250 maintains security best practices but is not liable for third-party breaches or unauthorized access to broker-managed content.
Service Policies
Paid services are governed by the following policies:
- Accurate listings only: no false or misleading descriptions.
- Respect user privacy: do not share private client contact details outside platform terms.
- Payment terms: subscription fees are due at the start of each billing period.
- Listing quality: high-quality photos and honest descriptions improve listing performance.
- Cancellation: brokers may cancel paid services at any time, but existing billing periods are not refundable.
